Whether it’s team building, client entertaining or just looking to do something different with friends, our seafood masterclasses are designed to teach you all you need to know about preparing and cooking seafood.

Take the mystery out of cooking seafood with our Crustacea Masterclass

Begin your day with a glass of champagne on arrival. Our Executive Chef Fraser Allan will guide you through a 1 hour demonstration on prepping Crab / Lobster / Oyster etc sharing recipes and showing helpful tips and hints on preparing different types of Crustacea and answering any questions that you may have. After the demonstration you will then be able to enjoy some of our seafood platters.

Hands on Kitchen experience Fish Prep Masterclass

Begin your class with a glass of champagne and prepare to discover culinary secrets to take your cooking skills from good to great! This is a hands on masterclass where you not only get to see how to prepare seafood you also get to try it for yourself.  After your time in the Kitchen you will enjoy a freshly prepared 3 course lunch.
