I am delighted to announce that Riccardo Mazzoni has become the Shopper Anonymous Regional Director for Scotland East.

Riccardo will be working with you to introduce and manage our world class mystery shopping and customer feedback systems as well as run our numerous motivational customer service and sales training seminars within your region.  He has had a very successful career in a number of sectors, in including the Licensed trade, Hospitality, Motor Finance as well as Retail and understands the challenges facing companies both large and small and will bring a consultative, service driven approach to building strong business associations for Shopper Anonymous.

Born to an Italian family in Scotland, Riccardo has enjoyed the best of both cultures, although his favourite topic is Italy, its language and culture including Italian food and wine. Brought up in the west of Scotland, he says he moved east to escape the midges and the rain.  Riccardo is delighted to be taking on the Shopper Anonymous business in Scotland East and by focusing on customer service standards, Riccardo will support his clients to motivate their teams to high performance with the reward of increased profitability.
