The 2014 Edinburgh Community Resilience Week is taking place between 25 and 27 March and is, once again, being organised by a partnership comprised of Police Scotland, the City of Edinburgh Council and the Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce. It forms part of the Edinburgh Resilience Forum’s programme of events.

This year the informative programme aims to further enhance organisational preparedness and to promote debate and understanding between the wide range of sectors and organisations which form Edinburgh’s diverse community.

The week’s programme includes presentations from high-calibre speakers, training sessions and specialist-led exercises. In addition we also have a seminar specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses aimed at enhancing resilience knowledge and providing practical support in developing a business continuity plan.
