Edinburgh’s Christmas is working in collaboration with our friends from Stocks Events, whose familiar faces appear at various festivals and events throughout the year. Spiegel Dining is a fantastic alternative Christmas night out, right in the heart of Edinburgh.

After being welcomed with drinks and canapés, you will have the chance to mingle with friends, family or colleagues, relax and celebrate the festive season.

Take your seat in the beautiful Paradiso Spiegeltent, where Stocks Event’s award-winning chefs bring you a tantalising festive supper. Here’s a sample from one of our delectable festive menus:

Duck confit
Confit duck leg cassoulet

Fish pie
East Neuk haddock, Arbroath smokies and prawns, free range eggs, leeks, spinach and creamy mash potato

Spiced vegetable bourguinon
Sweet potato, aubergine, onion, tomato, carrots, lentils with ras al hanout, lemon, olives, cardamom all slow baked in one pot topped with fresh mint and tarragon

Dessert

Rum and raisin ice cream
Homemade ice cream with muscat raisins and Havana club sauce

Stocks Sticky toffee pudding with pouring cream
All washed down with half a bottle of wine per head.

Then after this amazing and unique dinner, the stage is set for this year’s headline show, the UK premiere of the hit show Scotch & Soda.

A dusty bar. A rowdy mob of misfits. Lose yourself in the extraordinary beauty and power of Scotch and Soda – a whisky-soaked evening of raucous circus, dance and music.

With physical feats and gypsy beats, this evening’s entertainment features live music from The Crusty Suitcase Band, and sensational, gravity-defying circus from some of Australia’s finest acrobats. See St Andrew’s Square’s stunning Spiegeltent transformed into a jazz-soundtracked den of iniquity.

We welcome the circus to town once more following last year’s smash-hit LIMBO. Be transported this Christmas by a phenomenal cast whose previous appearances include Cantina, La Clique, Circa and Tom Tom Crew
