Success for DM Hall’s young professionals as they qualify as Chartered Surveyors in Falkirk, Glasgow and Edinburgh

DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of chartered surveyors, is celebrating the success of four of its young professionals who have qualified as members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The four, Rachel McCall in Falkirk, Ross Chinnery in Edinburgh, Claire Hutton and Grant Bremner in Glasgow, have passed the Institution’s final professional hurdle, the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Eric Curran, managing partner of DM Hall, said: “We are delighted that four of our young professionals have qualified as RICS members. Collectively they represent our firm’s commitment to invest in the future of our profession, and we are very proud of their achievement.

“We warmly congratulate Rachel, Ross, Claire and Grant on their well-deserved examination results and wish them lots of success and professional satisfaction in the years to come.”

Rachel McCall, joined DM Hall in January this year and is working in Falkirk’s joint Commercial Valuation and Agency department advising on all commercial property sectors in and around the central belt. Rachel graduated with a BSc Hons from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Edinburgh-based Ross Chinnery, a graduate of Edinburgh Napier University, joined DM Hall in 2014 and works within the firm’s Commercial Agency department where he advises a range of clients on a diverse mixture of commercial property transactions throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Claire Hutton joined DM Hall in 2016 with a Masters Degree from Glasgow University. Since then, she has worked in the Commercial Agency Department within the Glasgow office, advising on all commercial property sectors across the West of Scotland.

Grant Bremner is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University and joined DM Hall in 2017, initially in the firm’s Irvine office and now in Glasgow. He carries out all forms of residential survey work.
