StudioLR Appoints Jen Landels as MD to Lead Gutsy New Chapter

StudioLR strengthens its leadership with the appointment of Jen Landels as Managing Director, bringing experience from The Leith Agency.

Tasked with driving growth, Landels brings a proven track record in multi-channel marketing and brand development, along with fresh energy and expertise to the team.

Landels began her career with Red Bull before spending over 16 years at The Leith Agency, where she helped grow some of Scotland’s most iconic brands, including Royal Bank of Scotland and Irn Bru. Her experience extends to client-side roles with Scottish Rugby and The Scottish Government, giving her a unique perspective on both sides of the industry.

Landels joins the senior leadership team at StudioLR, working alongside Founding Directors Andy Gray and Lucy Richards, as well as Dave King, Director of Creative and Strategy.

A business head with a creative heart – Landels is a Board Trustee at Leith School of Art, and a keen costume and set designer whose work has set stages at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. As a mentor for Dundee University Student Marketing Society, Landels has a passion for supporting the next generation of marketing talent.
