Harper Macleod, recently named Scottish Law Firm of the Year at the Scottish Legal Awards, is delighted to announce it has added a new Partner to its Personal Injury & Reparation team. Elaine Russell joins the firm from Irwin Mitchell where she was supervising partner for the Insurance and Personal Injury departments in Scotland. She said: “I am delighted to add my experience and specialist knowledge to what is already a market leading team at Harper Macleod.

She is accredited as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland, a senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and was the Scottish regional coordinator of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.
