– Space Solutions wins a second contract with Heriot Watt University.

The Edinburgh office of Space Solutions is pleased to announce the arrival of Jonathan Ross to add further capacity to the established Contracts Team.

Space Solutions, who are known for meeting business needs through intelligent and inspiring design, have been keen to increase the capacity within their delivery teams, ensuring the high standard of their Turnkey offering is maintained.

Jonathan’s most recent project work includes a bank refurbishment roll-out and as an example of projects beyond the normal commercial scope he worked on the construction of the T45 Destroyers on the Clyde. He will immediately join the teams delivering the Premier Asset Finance, Origo, Kennedy Wilson office refurbishment at Exchange Tower and Faithful and Gould office refurbishment at Canning Exchange.

Lyndsey Cowan, Construction Director, commented “Our ability to provide an end to end solution for our clients relies on a huge amount of teamwork between the studio and the site delivery teams. With the continued growth of work in the Central Belt we needed to ensure that we are investing in the capacity and development of the team”.

Space Solutions ended 2015 with the successful win of a 4 year contract with Heriot Watt University (HWU) with an expected value of £17.2 million. The Contracts team secured a second project with HWU in January 2016 and continue to act as the project delivery for Pure Gym’s in Scotland.
