Not only does the magazine promote prime properties for sale, it helps readers and clients understand the complexities of the current property market and includes editorial from the likes of Tom Kitchin, Renaissance Golf Club and The Scottish Gallery.
Experienced experts from the team at Simpson & Marwick have contributed articles that guide readers through the complex system, addressing questions such as “Can I buy before I sell?”, as well as offering advice on bridging loans, downsizing and decluttering.
Richard Loudon, Partner at Simpson & Marwick, comments: “At Simpson & Marwick, the prime focus of our business is our clients. I joined the firm in 1979 and it’s safe to say that the dynamics of buying and selling property in Scotland have changed dramatically in the last 10 years. With Prime Property, we want to assist people in navigating the system and answering those tricky questions we all will inevitably encounter when going through this ever-evolving process.”
Prime Property is there to help. Whether it’s concerning valuations, negotiations or the legal aspects of buying and selling. Simpson & Marwick has a dedicated team who can guide you through this process from start to finish.
