Simpson & Marwick launch Prime Property magazine

  • Magazine includes articles from estate agency team and editorial features

Simpson & Marwick, the Residential Property Division in Scotland of global law firm Clyde & Co who are new members, recently published the first issue of their magazine, Prime Property.

Not only does the magazine promote prime properties for sale, it helps readers and clients understand the complexities of the current property market and includes editorial from the likes of Tom Kitchin, Renaissance Golf Club and The Scottish Gallery.

Experienced experts from the team at Simpson & Marwick have contributed articles that guide readers through the complex system, addressing questions such as “Can I buy before I sell?”, as well as offering advice on bridging loans, downsizing and decluttering.
