ScotRail Travel Warning
Posted: 28th February 2018
The Met Office has issued a red weather warning for the following areas:
– SW Scotland, Lothian Borders (Red)
– Strathclyde (Red)
– Central, Tayside & Fife (Red)
As with other forms of transport across the country, the severe weather has caused significant disruption for the railway.
Safety is our priority, and is central to every decision we make.
There is now a red weather warning from the Met Office.
Customers should head home now, as we are winding down our service early in the red areas.
There will be no train service tonight or first thing tomorrow morning in the red areas.
Make sure you check our Twitter account @ScotRail or download our app for the most up to date information before even attempting to travel tomorrow.
