Seeing off fierce competition from over 600 entries world-wide, Scottish Proptech company, Property Studios, has walked away with a Gold Award in the International Titan Property Awards. The female-led property marketing agency, based in Kinross, was also the only winner from the United Kingdom.

The international Titan Property Awards focuses on cutting-edge architecture, urban planning, interior design, innovation in building, and ground-breaking marketing strategies. The winning entrants came from countries such as the USA, Canada, Italy, China, Russia, Denmark, Taiwan, Qatar, India, Mexico, South Africa, Japan, and Germany.

Property Studios’ winning entry comprised a full suite of marketing material for an exclusive development at Promenade Gate, Portobello, on behalf of their clients, Carlsson Properties.

The portfolio included a full branding strategy, professional copywriting and photography, CGI visualisations, design and creation of a quality, magazine-style brochure, a microsite for the development, and a social media strategy.

The company is in the process of setting up its first branch in South Africa with large contracts already signed in that country as well as in Ethiopia. The Titan Awards are the brainchild of the International Award Association (IAA). Established in 2015, it has the aim of honouring and encouraging professional excellence and promoting the international property industry. Each project was blind judged, by members of the TITAN jury panel, comprised of distinguished professionals from the international property scene.
