Nor’ Loft Unveils New Middle-Eastern Inspired Sharing Summer Feast

The ultimate seasonal rooftop grazing table has officially arrived in Edinburgh

Nor’ Loft, Edinburgh’s leading rooftop champagne lounge located on the 7th floor of Market Street hotel, is offering guests the opportunity to enjoy a sharing feast of delectable middle-eastern inspired dishes. Crafted for slow afternoon catch-ups with friends, or for a special date night above the city that stretches long past sunset, all amidst panoramic views of Edinburgh’s skyline.

Our summer feast experience features a variety of sharing dishes including; your choice of 12 hour slow roasted harissa lamb shoulder or irresistibly spiced honey halloumi, courgette, feta and almond salad, piquillo pepper hummus, and a luscious fig and hazelnut baklava. Each dish is designed for sharing, and pairs effortlessly with a glass of champagne from our enviable list.
