Non-executive board positions available now across Hillcrest Homes, Futures, Enterprises and Maintenance.

Posted: 26th November 2020

Hillcrest is looking for potential non-executive board members to bring their skills, knowledge, creativity or inspiration to our company boards to help play a key role in driving these companies to even greater heights.

We have positions available across all of our Hillcrest companies: Hillcrest Homes, which provides social rent affordable housing and tenant support services; Hillcrest Futures, which provides support for those with challenges; Hillcrest Enterprises, which offers mid-market affordable rent properties and is our vehicle for commercial projects, and Hillcrest Maintenance, which offers all-encompassing maintenance services.

With Hillcrest’s operations spanning Dundee, Angus, Aberdeen, Fife, Perth and Kinross, Edinburgh and Glasgow, and with board meetings offering a virtual attendance option, there is no restriction on where potential board members are based.

Each of our companies are going from strength to strength. Hillcrest Homes is currently engaged in its biggest housebuilding programme ever and is set to deliver 300 new affordable homes in the next couple of years, while Hillcrest Enterprises is at an exciting point, looking to move into the private rent market. Hillcrest Futures and Maintenance are both exceeding all targets, making it a great time to join one of our boards and be part of guiding these companies to continued success.

By joining one of our boards, candidates will be able to build experience and professional connections at non-executive level as well as playing an active role in guiding one of our companies to further success and new projects. Taking a senior-level role in the third sector also means that board members will actively be supporting communities and those requiring support via our various teams, projects and services.

Those that are interested in any of the board positions can visit www.hillcrest.org.uk/we-want-you-on-board to find out more and register their interest.
