The 2018 Summer Season of the award-winning Business Fives’ popular business five-a-side tournament kicks off soon. For the first time they are extending their reach to football loving professionals across five Scottish cities with 4 events in the Capital.

With continued support from Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce the Professional Services Event will take place on Tuesday 21^st August.  The event allows companies a unique opportunity to change the office for the football pitch, turn colleagues into team mates and make some new connections with the teams they are playing alongside all whilst raising money for charity at the same time.

Business Fives will have Construction, Housing & Property, Technology & IT and Financial Services event in the city before the Professional Services event with 11 events throughout Scotland before returning to Edinburgh for the National Final on September 26^th.

The tournament boasts well known ambassadors including former stars Gordon Smith, Andy walker, Pat Stanton and Gary Mckay and personalities BBC pundit Tam McManus along with David Tanner.

The Professional Services event will see companies from across Edinburgh try to take the title from the reigning champions, Anderson Strathern.

Each business taking part will be asked to nominate a charity partner to play for and will compete not just for the title of champions but for a bumper donation from Business Fives. With an aim to raise more that £25,000 Business Fives will continue to donate 10% of revenue to the champions chosen charity.

A range of companies from the sector have already signed up with Shepherd Surveyors, Tax Assist and Wood MacKenzie so far.
