Posted: 7th January 2021

Cruden Homes are kicking off the New Year in style with the launch of the much-awaited new phase of properties at their award-winning Meadowside development and already, half of the homes have been snapped up.

The new development has really captured the imagination of home buyers, attracted not only by the superb family homes available, but also by the lovely village of Aberlady, the wealth of outdoor activities, 40 miles of coastline, and cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It is also just 18 miles from the capital.

Construction is now underway at the highly-sought-after southern boundary of the development, where Cruden Homes is also introducing three brand new house types – the Varella, the Swainson and the Bennett.

This next phase sees the release of large plots, versatile layouts which are perfect for home working and the all-important access to outdoor living, thanks to large rear gardens, many of which are south-facing.

In addition to the popular range of current properties, the new release sees three new house styles for sale:

The 5 bedroom, detached Swainson – features a spacious living room and a well-equipped open plan kitchen, family and dining area with direct access to the rear garden. There is also a W/C and a bedroom/study. Upstairs there are two spacious bedrooms with en-suites and two further bedrooms, a well-proportioned family bathroom and a study.

The 5 bedroom, detached Varella – together with a comfortable living room, there is a super open plan kitchen, family and dining area ideal for mealtimes or entertaining and also offers direct access to the garden.
