New corporate finance partner at AAB

Lyn Calder, a Chartered Accountant, has worked within this specialist area for almost 20 years in both lead advisory and banking, most recently, with Johnston Carmichael’s Corporate Finance team in Glasgow. In particular, her experience includes all forms of deal execution including acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s & MBI’s, debt and equity fundraising, financial due diligence and valuations. Having advised clients in a wide variety of sectors, Lyn has significant expertise across food and drink, technology, engineering, support services, professional services and IT.
