The judges will also review the steps taken by the nominees to adapt and evolve to continue to support their clients’ needs during challenging circumstances, an area in which MM search have excelled over the past 18 months. The team didn’t hesitate to harness the latest conferencing software and technologies to create a digital space where they could continue to offer their consultative approach without losing the human touch present in every client relationship. MM Search went one step further, launching the “Rules of Leadership” podcast during lockdown to help inspire and engage business leaders in the face of adversity.
