Leading UK homebuilder, Miller Homes is set to launch a brand-new development in the picturesque village of Danderhall, Midlothian tomorrow (Saturday 14 June). Located just five miles from Edinburgh city centre, Miller Homes at Shawfair will bring 220 new homes to the area: 176 for private sale and 44 affordable homes.

The new development will feature a variety of styles from Miller Homes’ latest portfolio, including terraced two-bedroom homes; semi-detached three-bedroom homes; and detached three, four, and five-bedroom homes. A selection of the four and five-bedroom homes will be available in the first release this weekend, with a four-bedroom Bellwood starting at £390,000.

Miller Homes at Shawfair builds on the success of the homebuilder’s original Shawfair development, launched in 2017, which met strong demand for high-quality homes near Edinburgh. It also joins Dalhousie Gate as Miller Homes’ second live development in Midlothian.
