Miller Homes launches its latest development in Maidenhill, East Renfrewshire

Miller Homes is the latest developer to build homes in the exciting new neighbourhood of Maidenhill, in the desirable area of Newton Mearns.

The Crofthead at Maidenhill development will see a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes built from Miller Homes’ new range of development portfolio. The stunning homes will provide  high-quality accommodation for those wishing to settle in an extremely sought after area of Glasgow.

Maidenhill is located at the top of Newton Mearns and within easy reach of Glasgow City Centre, East Kilbride and Ayrshire. Easily accessible to the M77 motorway and with plenty of public transport options available, Crofthead at Maidenhill, is well suited for commuters.

The development is also surrounded by some of the country’s top-rated schools with St Ninian’s High School, Williamwood High School and Mearns Castle High School a short distance away. All three schools ranked in the top five schools in Scotland in The Times School League Tables.

The area will also be home to the brand new Maidenhill Primary School, incorporating a nursery alongside sports and play facilities and a community religious facility.

The area offers plenty of green space, perfect for those who enjoy spending time outdoors. The picturesque Rouken Glen Park is close by, and sporting fans can enjoy a round of golf at the East Renfrewshire Golf Club. The Avenue Shopping Centre and Greenlaw Village are a stone’s throw away from Maidenhill, and Glasgow City Centre is just seven miles away.

Homes available at the new development will include the three bedroom Cairns; four bedroom Forsyth and the five-bedroom Kinnaird. A four bedroom Grant showhome will open later in the year.
