Miller Homes helps fund new kits for Musselburgh kids’ football team

Posted: 15th September 2021

Miller Homes is helping Musselburgh Youngstars look their best for the 2021/2022 season with a £200 donation towards new football kits.

Development Sales Manager, Iain MacNeill was joined by the players from Musselburgh Youngstars at Miller Homes’ new Carberry Grange development in Whitecraig.

The football club was established by a group of parents in 2003 for around 12 boys and now has more than 200 players ranging from 5-17 years old.

Simon Renwick, Chairman at Musselburgh Youngstars said: “We’re delighted by the kind donation from Miller Homes and really appreciate them helping out our community club. The donation will be put towards funding new football kits for the kids and a fun day out for them to keep morale high after a challenging year. We can’t wait to get on the pitch and show off our new look!”

Lynsey Brown, Regional Sales Director for Miller Homes said: “We’re thrilled to support Musselburgh Youngstars with this donation and help the club put their best foot forward for the new season. The football club is an important part of the local Musselburgh community and we’re delighted to see the work they do for so many kids. Given that the club has gone from strength to strength, we’re excited to see it flourish as we build our Carberry Grange development in the area.”
