Released in September 2020 as a digital comic book, “A Day In the Life Of Doris” tells the story of a young woman’s struggle with the pressures of daily life, both personal and professional, and demonstrates how a few proactive changes in working practices, made by an employer, can help to dramatically improve their employees work-life balance and support a positive mental health environment.

At launch, the digital version was very well received with hundreds of copies being downloaded by businesses across Scotland, the UK and the USA within the first three months.
