Marketing for HR, HR for Marketing

Posted: 10th May 2016

FWB Park Brown invites you to a complimentary presentation and discussion hosted with Standard Life and CBI on Thursday 19th May. The event is being held at the Standard Life House, and will commence at 5.30 pm with arrival drinks and is expected to conclude at 8.30 pm.

Marketing for HR, HR for Marketing – learning together to drive commercial success through customer and employee engagement.

Marketing and HR functions whilst different in their day to day work, ultimately share a common overarching objective, to drive the delivery of the company’s commercial growth and success.

On the one hand, Marketing activity seeks to drive better engagement with prospective and existing customers to deliver increased sales and improved retention. This in turn underpins the sustainable profitable growth of a company.

On the other hand, HR professionals seek to drive better engagement with employees through a number of measures which in turn has shown to result in improved productivity.  This in turn also underpins the sustainable profitable growth.

This event will highlight how the key attributes of modern marketing with new technology can also be applied to achieving a more engaged workforce as well as new progressive ways of working.  The event will be beneficial to C-suite executives who want to gain practical insight on how to drive an improvement in employee engagement and productivity from a marketing perspective.

Standard Life will share their journey of making marketing and employee engagement a driving force of success including the learnings to date and the mistakes along the way.

I do hope you are able to join us for what promises to be an interesting evening. Please RSVP to Erin Yoxall erin@fwbparkbrown.com
