MacRoberts to run training session on what gender pay gap reporting means for your business
Gender Pay Gap Reporting: What does it mean for your business? (Edinburgh)
Further to our recent update on the final gender pay gap reporting regulations, we would be delighted if you could join our training session on what this means for your business.
We will explain the new reporting regime for private and voluntary organisations with 250 or more employees, which is planned to come into effect in 2017.
We will cover:
- What the reporting obligations are
- Which workers are included
- When a report is to be made and the period it should cover
- What has to be reported in terms of pay and bonus
- What has to be reported about the makeup of your relevant workforce
- How the duty will be enforced
This interactive training session will use practical examples to help you understand what is required for your business to meet the obligations. Places are limited, so early registration is recommended to avoid disappointment.
We are also running this session in Glasgow on 8 February 2017.
