William brings a wealth of experience in property operations, leadership, and continuous improvement. With a proven track record in managing complex business functions, leading cross-departmental teams, and delivering major system implementations, William has consistently driven efficiency and service excellence throughout his career.
Most recently, he led business support and operational teams at Umega in Edinburgh, where he successfully oversaw the rollout of new property management systems, streamlined workflows, and developed processes that strengthened performance and compliance. His experience spans project management, change leadership, HR administration, and customer service — underpinned by a strong commitment to quality, structure, and results.
