Live Webinar: Back to Work – Back to the Future?

Posted: 28th May 2020
Wednesday 10 June 2020
11.00 – 12.00 BST

As Scotland prepares to ease the current lockdown restrictions with a four-phase approach, we would be delighted if you would join us for a live webinar which will discuss what businesses should be doing in preparation for the return to work.

During this webinar, specialists from MacRoberts’ Commercial Dispute Resolution, Employment and IP, Technology & Commercial teams will discuss:

  • Health & safety duty of care, potential personal injury claims and what employers should be doing to minimise the risks of returning to work with regards to the guidance from the Health & Safety Executive
  • Employment law issues, including bringing furloughed employees back to work, managing vulnerable and extremely vulnerable employees’ return to the workplace and refusal to return to work
  • The data protection implications of asking employees to declare medical conditions, monitoring and COVID-19 testing

The presentations will be followed by a Q&A session.
