Lindsays is pleased to welcome Jennifer Love who has recently joined their Dispute Resolution and Litigation team in Edinburgh as a Senior Solicitor.

Jennifer’s experience in commercial litigation includes debt recovery, insolvency, sequestrations, director’s duties and contractual disputes.  She regularly appears in Sheriff Courts across Scotland and her advocacy skills cover a range of hearings, both procedural and substantive.  Her court and technical knowledge is strong and she has considerable expertise in advising clients on recovery prospects and always takes a pragmatic approach.
