Lindsays welcomes Professional Support Director, Alison Mackay to their Commercial Property team and Solicitor, Lewis Crofts to their Rural Services team in Edinburgh.

Alison has over 22 years of legal experience gained in private practice, specialising in commercial property, and at The Law Society of Scotland where she worked in their regulatory and professional practice teams. Her latter role at The Law Society involved providing advice and guidance to solicitors on a wide range of ethical and professional practice matters including anti-money laundering compliance, conflict of interest and risk management issues.

Lewis joins their Rural Services team as a recently qualified solicitor. His experience includes a variety of transactions including the purchase, sale and leasing of property across Scotland. Lewis also assists developer clients with renewable energy transactions, primarily hydro and wind, across numerous Scottish estates.
