Limited Spaces Remain for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland’s Forth Bridge Abseil
There’s just 12 weeks to go until the Forth Bridge Abseil which raised more than £200,000 for charities across Scotland last year.
The clock is ticking for businesses to get their teams assembled to take on one of Scotland’s most unique fundraising events.
The Forth Bridge Abseil, run by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland (CHSS) in partnership with Network Rail and Balfour Beatty, raised more than £202,000 for 28 charities across the country in 2025, including £107,000 for CHSS. In 20 years the event has raised more than £2 million.
There are limited entries for this year’s event which takes place on Sunday October 4th.
Stephanie Wilks, Community, Events and Corporate Fundraiser for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland said: “There’s still time for businesses to join forces for an unforgettable, and worthwhile, team day out to raise money for charity.
“Our fundraising team is ready to help you get prepared for the big day but there are only a limited number of spaces left so we would encourage anyone who wants to take part in a truly thrilling fundraiser to sign up now.”
The abseil, which first took place in 2003, has raised more than £2 million for charities across Scotland.
