A STYLISH hotel in the heart of Edinburgh is to host an Open Day to unveil its new, cutting edge meeting rooms.

The Leonardo Royal Edinburgh Haymarket hotel, situated in Haymarket, boasts four meeting rooms which have each been completely transformed to provide the perfect space for delegates.

The four-star hotel, which was previously a Premier Inn until summer last year, can accommodate up to 70 people in each meeting room, making it the perfect location for meetings, training, interviews and focus groups.

This Thursday, May 10, the hotel is hosting an Open Day to show people around the new meeting rooms and breakout area, with complimentary refreshments and snacks available while there is a host of great prizes to be won on the day.

Lucy Basnett, Operations Manager at Leonardo Royal Edinburgh Haymarket, said: “The new meeting rooms are a fantastic location for anyone looking to organise meetings in Edinburgh.

“We’re just round the corner from Haymarket train station and have ample parking spaces for people travelling from all over the country.

“We’re delighted to be hosting our open day this Thursday and can’t wait for people to see for themselves why we’re so proud of these meeting rooms.”

The four meeting rooms feature sleek designs and include high speed WiFi, air conditioning, AV equipment and copious amounts of natural daylight.

The Leonardo Royal Edinburgh Haymarket‘s central location means that delegates can be at the meeting rooms within a five minute walk from the train station, while its just seven miles from the airport with 81 parking spaces on site.

Each meeting room has been designed with flexible working in mind as they can all be adapted to suit a range of different needs depending on what clients require.

The Open Day runs from 12-6pm and attendees can book any of the meeting rooms between June, July and August to receive a 10% discount.

Lucy continued: “Our meeting rooms come with all the mod cons as standard to ensure groups are fully connected while at our hotel.

“We’re just a 15 minute walk to the city centre, meaning clients can easily take in the sights of the capital once their work is done.”

The Leonardo Royal Edinburgh Haymarket, which boasts 282 rooms, opened in summer last year, replacing the Premier Inn that was there beforehand.
