Intellectual Property Practice Marks & Clerk Wins Scottish Prosecution Firm of the Year
Leading intellectual property practice Marks & Clerk – which has 8 UK offices including in Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Aberdeen – has been named Scottish prosecution firm of the year at the annual Managing Intellectual Property Awards.
It is the second consecutive year the team have won prosecution firm of the year in Scotland.
The results follow a stellar year for the team at Marks & Clerk with the firm having recently been named the UK’s top filer of patent cooperation treaty (PCT) applications, and also the UK and EU’s top filer of trade marks.
