One of those featured is Balfour Beatty Apprentice Civil Engineer, Tanvi Aytan, who began her career at 16 and is currently working on Transport for London’s Beckton DLR depot expansion project. Speaking about what has helped her grow, Tanvi says: “Having a supportive team around me has made such a difference. My colleagues have always encouraged me to ask questions, get involved and take opportunities – and that’s really helped build my confidence.
