Eighteen teams will compete in a Texas Scramble competition, with prizes for the top finishing teams, closest to the pin and longest drive.  The competition will commence with coffee and morning rolls in The Brasserie Restaurant and finish with a three-course meal in the Dalmahoy Suite.

Also thanks to Western Volkswagen you could be driving off in a brand new Volkswagen should you manage a hole in one at the Par 3 17th hole at Dalmahoy.

Hearts, Dalmahoy Golf and Country Club and Western Volkswagen have partnered together to offer this sensational prize should you hit the perfect shot on the day.

Some of the Hearts first team squad, coaching staff and a host of former players will attend the event.

The itinerary of the day is as follows:

Arrival, Registration and breakfast is from 10.00am

Upon arrival you will enter The Brasserie Restaurant directly above the leisure reception area for registration, breakfast rolls, tea & coffee. Following this, the driving range will be made available for guests to limber up for the big round!

Welcome & Rules! 11.15am

There will be a brief welcome and explanation of the rules. You will also be introduced to your team at this point.

Shotgun Start at 12pm

We will be playing on the Championship East Course, and each team will be allocated an individual starting hole, from where you will play a full round. Full use of the hotel leisure facilities including swimming, spa and sauna will be made available to you on the day if you wish.

Dinner and Prize Presentation from 4.30pm

A three course meal will be served and we will also close the day by presenting the awards to the winning teams, along with the winners of the closest to the hole and longest drive competitions. There will also be a Q&A with either a coaching staff member/club captain on the evening.

Teams can be either a team of three plus past/present player/coaching staff or if prefer you can have a team of four (family friends/clients) at a cost of £550 + VAT.
