Harvey Nichols Edinburgh Store Launches Summer Dining

Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh is delighted to announce the launch of their much-loved summer dining menu. The exclusive menu offers customers three sun-worthy courses and a refreshing cocktail for £25 in the Forth Floor Brasserie and runs until the end of September. 

Highlights from the menu include thai fishcakes served with carrot and cucumber salad, roasted peanuts and asian dressing for starters, followed by pan-fried chicken breast, peas, bacon, shallots baby gem and white wine cream sauce with new potatoes, before finishing on a sweet note of homemade chocolate brownie served with chocolate ice cream and caramel sauce. 

Guests can also choose between two thirst-quenching cocktails, including an Ascenti Elderflower Fizz, comprising of Villa Ascenti gin, lemon, elderflower, soda, mint, or a Botanical Summer cocktail, featuring Ketel One botanical peach and orange blossom, fresh raspberries, lime. 

Customers enjoying the Summer Dining menu Monday to Wednesday, up until 31st August, will have a £10 discount applied to their bill as Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh is participating in the Government’s ‘Eat Out to Help Out Scheme’.

The Summer Dining menu is available from the Forth Floor at Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh and at selected Harvey Nichols hospitality sites.
