Get your property journey on track with ESPC’s free events this Spring

The leading Scottish property portal will be hosting a series of free events, including Saturday sessions, at its Property Lounge on George Street, aimed at first-time buyers, current homeowners and those thinking of selling – so wherever you are on your property journey, there’s something for you.

Kicking things off this Saturday (18th April) is an event dedicated to sorting out your home and clearing out your clutter. Simply Sorted – A Guide to Decluttering Your Home will start at 11am on Saturday, hosted by professional organisers from Tidy Home & Mind, and Doree Bonner, as well as a property expert from ESPC Chartered member firm Coulters. The event will help you make the most of your space, whether you’re decluttering ahead of selling your home, or just wanting to give your space a refresh and reset this Spring. First-time buyers should form an orderly queue for ESPC’s First-Time Buyer Day, taking place on Saturday 25th April from 11am, as this one is bound to be popular! Property and mortgage experts will be on hand to offer free advice and support to anyone thinking about buying their first home this year, covering everything from saving your deposit and applying for a mortgage, to what happens on the day that you can finally collect your keys. The experts will also explain common first-time buyer mistakes, and how to avoid them, making this event a must for anyone planning their first property purchase. Moving into May, Your Next Move on Thursday 21st May at 6pm is a free mortgage advice event, where buyers, sellers, and homeowners planning to remortgage can access all the information you need to help you understand your borrowing power, what’s happening in the mortgage market currently and how this affects your personal plans.
