Lindsays has recently welcomed two new solicitors to the Private Client team and these appointments come on the back of the news that two of the firm’s trainees also secured roles having completed their traineeship at Lindsays and successfully qualifying to practice.

Amy Mayberry and Harriet Waters joined our Private Client team in Glasgow and Edinburgh respectively.  Both advise clients on a wide variety of private client matters including the administration of executries and trusts as well as the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney.

“We are looking forward to working with Amy and Harriet who are welcome additions to our team. As the demand for our services and advice for individuals and family business clients continues to grow, their commitment and drive will be invaluable.”

Newly qualified solicitors, Emma McGinley and Claire Brown joined our Dispute Resolution and Litigation team (Glasgow) and Family Law team (Dundee) respectively. During their two-year traineeship they gained experience working with different departments across the firm equipping them with the skills to develop their careers as lawyers.

Douglas Millar, Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Emma to our team. Her appointment reflects the growing demand for our legal services in Glasgow and will further enhance the services we already provide to our clients.”
