The ScotRail Alliance is advising customers heading to the Old Firm game at Celtic Park on Saturday that they will be doubling the number of carriages on key services passing through Bridgeton.

A total of 30 services via Dalmarnock throughout the day will run with double the number of usual carriages to help cope with the volume of fans heading to the Glasgow derby.

A ScotRail Alliance spokesperson said: “Trains will be busy on match day, so plan your journey in advance and buy your ticket before you board. Extra staff will be on hand to assist.”
