ExecSpace launches new service to assist clients transitioning to virtual events

Posted: 16th April 2020

ExecSpace, one of the UK’s leading venue finding agencies has today announced that they will be adding a new service to their portfolio, specifically dedicated to supporting meeting and event planners transition seamlessly into the world of virtual events.

The decision to innovate their product offering is a direct response to client demand, as many planners across the UK are struggling to drive forward their meeting and event activity in light of the restrictions that COVID-19 are imposing on the industry sector.

Emma Little, founder and CEO of ExecSpace comments: “The longer the UK remains under these social distancing measures, the more difficult it will be for our clients to hold off meetings, so now is the time to innovate and expand our service offering to accommodate virtual meetings and events.

“We want to do everything that we can to help our clients transition as seamlessly as possible into the world of virtual events.”

Aware of the fact that one solution or online event platform will not fulfil the broad spectrum of client and meeting objectives, ExecSpace will work across the whole industry to offer bespoke packages, tailor made to each event planner.

Little continues: “We have identified which challenges are causing real issues for event planners, so rather than build our own solution or strategically partner with one company in the hope that this will meet the needs of all our clients, we will work across the whole market of suppliers, allowing us to offer a fully managed solution to event planners. This way, we can guarantee all of our clients the confidence that the technology being used is the very best fit for that particular event.

“We also understand that researching new products in this space can be very confusing and overwhelming because there are literally hundreds of solutions out there, so we will remove this pressure altogether from our customers, so that they can spend more time concentrating on fulfilling their business objectives.

“Some of our clients may already be paying for technical solutions, and they don’t want to pay twice. In these situations, we can save them money by simply helping them to utilise what’s already in place.”

The new ExecSpace virtual meeting service will accommodate events such as Company AGM’s, with board members and shareholders dialling in from across the globe and Virtual Sales Conferences with multiple content streams, key speakers and various panellists – answering delegate questions real-time. They will also be able to accommodate virtual training sessions with live streaming and real-time feedback from the class.
