The Edinburgh International Festival is the world’s leading multi-genre arts festival. For more than three weeks in August, Scotland’s capital hosts an unparalleled celebration of the performing arts and becomes an annual meeting point for people of all nations. 

The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce would like to invite you to a roundtable discussion with Francesca Hegyi OBE, Executive Director of the Edinburgh International Festival since February 2019 to look at 
Responsible Internationalism, and the future of festivals.

The discussion will cover: 

 
  • The future of the International Festival – learnings from 2020.
  • Responsible Internationalism – what this means for the International Festival and the city
  • How technology can enhance the International Festival experience
  • How to be more sustainable and what this means for the International Festival and the city.
