Intergenerational Working in a Remote Working World

Intergenerational Working in a Remote Working World

25th March, 2021 09:00-12:00 Event
In challenging times, people, and teams, like you and yours, can add more value to your customers and business by learning how to work more effectively together. To support you with developing this and to help your remote working relationships Get The Gen, www.getthegen.com, have specially developed an interactive webinar for you.

It will focus on how you and your team can work more effectively together by understanding the generational traits we all have and the impact of these on team effectiveness. Looking at some of the challenges that intergenerational working can bring, along with tangible solutions that can help you encourage, develop and inspire a more diverse and unified workplace.
It includes a journey through the generations exploring (and challenging!) some of the stereotypical behavioural traits of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials and Gen Z.
The session will challenge you to think differently about your approach to each other and ultimately help you to be more effective in a team and how to feel more connected remotely especially during times of workplace change.
The webinar is being run via Zoom and will use interactive polls, live chat, breakout rooms, and video to make your learning experience fun, collaborative and engaging.
