The British Chambers of Commerce flagship Annual Conference is one of the main events in the business calendar, with the 2021 Conference taking place on 16 and 17 June.

Attended by hundreds of business leaders, policy makers, the media and Chambers of Commerce from around the world, the Conference will discuss how we can restore confidence and build a more resilient sustainable future, that supports businesses to recover, grow, invest and thrive.

The 2021 event will run over two days and feature high-level keynotes, expert panel sessions, practical workshops, and a virtual exhibition. We are expecting over 1,000 attendees.

The event is an excellent opportunity to raise the profile of your brand, engage with businesses of all sizes from all sectors and position your organisation as a thought leader.

Our 2021 event, held over two days on 16 and 17 June, will be a blended global conference, featuring high-level keynotes, expert panel sessions, practical workshops, masterclasses and a virtual exhibition.

We are inviting applications from organisations who wish to raise their profile by exhibiting at our flagship Global Annual Conference. With the Conference being entirely virtual this year, we are able to expand our exhibitor offering which enables business from across the world to apply. Please be aware that there are a limited number of opportunities available to exhibit and we recommend that applications are made early to avoid disappointment.

The Conference platform enables Exhibitors to enjoy high levels of interaction with delegates. They can:
  • Connect with you and exchange virtual business cards
  • Download your pdf brochures
  • Watch your videos
  • Call you whilst in the platform for a conversation at any time
  • Have a one-on-one video call during the event
  • You are also able to ‘chat’ with targeted individuals
The exhibition will be open at dedicated times during the two days of the Conference, allowing for maximum exposure for your business.

Exhibitors will be able to join a pre-event briefing a few weeks prior to the event to familiarise themselves with the platform. They will also get the chance to log into the platform a week prior to the event to start to populate their profile and build their virtual exhibition stand.

The platform will also be opened early for delegates to enable them to preview the Exhibitors in advance; an additional opportunity for them to view your organisation’s details, connect before the Conference begins and potentially arrange a meeting.
