Leading Scottish property portal, ESPC, has announced the relaunch of daily in-person Ask the Expert sessions, set to take place in their brand-new Property Lounge on 27 George Street.

Previously held on a fortnightly basis, these sessions will now take place every weekday, providing free and easy access to ESPC’s team of experienced legal and property experts, no appointment needed. The move to the stylish new premises allows ESPC to expand its services and create a welcoming space where members of the public can receive trusted advice on a wide range of property-related topics.

Experts will be able to answer questions and offer guidance on everything from buying and selling property, to home reports, conveyancing, Wills, Power of Attorney, and more. Whether visitors are taking their first steps on the property ladder, actively preparing to move, or simply browsing for their future plans, these sessions are designed to offer helpful and pressure-free advice to suit every stage of the property journey.
