Leading Scottish property portal ESPC is opening the doors of its new Property Lounge on George Street to host a brand-new series of free, expert-led events designed to help buyers, sellers, and landlords make confident property decisions.

The ESPC Property Lounge events will bring together solicitors, mortgage advisors, lettings experts, and other property professionals to share advice, answer questions, and provide one-to-one guidance in a relaxed and approachable setting.

The event series includes:

First-Time Buyer Masterclass – Wednesday 4^th September – 6pm

Tailored for those taking their first step onto the property ladder, this masterclass will feature advice from solicitors, mortgage advisors, and property experts. Attendees will also receive a free goody bag and be entered into a prize draw to win a voucher towards furnishing their first home.

Buy-to-Let Seminar – Wednesday 23^rd October – 6pm

Perfect for aspiring landlords or those looking to grow their portfolio, this seminar will cover everything from letting regulations to mortgage options, with guidance from ESPC Lettings specialists and partner solicitors.

Saturday Sessions – Monthly – 12pm-3pm

Informal drop-in events covering a range of property-related topics, from selling and downsizing to interior design, wills, and power of attorney. The first session, a “Sip & See” on Saturday 30^th August, will give guests the chance to enjoy relaxed drinks, chat with experts, and share ideas for future events.

All events are free to attend and designed to give attendees direct access to trusted experts, along with the opportunity to network and explore their property questions in a welcoming environment.

The events will take place at the new ESPC Property Lounge, 27 George Street, Edinburgh.
