ESPC announces its programme of summer property events

Leading property marketing portal ESPC has announced a series of free events happening this summer, all hosted at the portal’s Property Lounge on Edinburgh’s George Street.

The events cover a range of topics suited to homeowners, prospective buyers and those thinking of selling their home, as well as buyers from outside of the local area considering investing in the Capital.

Each of the events, held throughout August, offers a fantastic opportunity to hear from local property experts and access free advice to help at whatever stage of the property ladder.

The upcoming events include:

International Buyers: From Overseas to Scotland

When? Saturday 15 August, 11am-1pm

What? This informative session will help internationally based buyers and investors considering purchasing property in Edinburgh. With property experts and solicitors on hand, the event will guide prospective buyers through the Scottish property purchase process, including legalities and things buyers might not have considered previously. Attendees can enjoy coffee, pastries and a goodie bag alongside this morning of free, no-obligation advice.

Later Living: The Next Property Stage

When? Saturday 29 August, 11am-2pm

What? If you’re considering downsizing, selling the family home for something more manageable, or exploring your options when it comes to retirement properties, this event is for you. The drop-in style means you can book a 20-minute appointment, or simply turn up on the day, to speak with local property experts and a developer about all the options available, helping you consider the practical, financial and lifestyle aspects involved in this next stage of homeownership.
