Edinburgh store launches new HN @ Home menus
The Forth Floor Brasserie is delighted to be welcoming the start of Spring and bringing fine dining into customers’ home kitchens once again with the launch of the latest editions of HN @ Home.
Using the Harvey Nichols chefs’ easy to follow step-by-step instructions, customers are invited to cook a three-course dinner, with all the trimmings, from the comfort of their own home.
The latest instalment of the dine-at-home menu features new signature plates, including vegetarian dishes that are bursting with all the colours and flavours of Spring. Diners can also mix and match vegetarian and meat options when placing their order online. From chargrilled halloumi served with Moroccan spiced couscous to roasted Scottish lamb rump cooked in garlic, ginger and lemongrass, food connoisseurs can select from an even greater choice of edible delights, experiencing a sensational spectrum of variety from the Forth Floor Brasserie.
Wine lovers can opt to select paired wines and additional drinks when placing their order. Harvey Nichols recommend pairing the HN Brut Champagne with the starter, the HN Stellenbosch ‘Ensemble’ for the main, finally pairing the desert with a HN Espresso Martini, which promises to be as rich and frothy as if a bartender from the Forth Floor had mixed it in front of your very eyes.
The menu has been adapted to cater for a single person dining alone, or alternatively, multiple packages can be purchased for couples dining together.
For diners looking to create the perfect night in, the Forth Floor Brasserie has also launched their Steak Night @ Home menu. Gastronomists are invited to dine in style with hot and cold smoked salmon roulade served with garlic, goats cheese, a carrot, cardamon and orange marmalade, pickled fennel and beetroot and a mini brioche bun to start, followed by a succulent Scotch sirloin steak served with all the trimmings for the main course. Diners can then finish on a sweet note with a salted caramel and Valhrona chocolate tart for dessert.

Delivery or Collection
HN @ Home boxes are delivered each Friday and Saturday (additional £5 delivery fee applies).
Orders should be placed by 12pm on Tuesday for delivery the same week.
The next delivery slots are available from Friday 26th February.
At this time we are delivering to all areas of Scotland with the exception of postcodes
AB31 – AB54, PH15 – PH18 and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
