The Forth Floor Brasserie is delighted to be bringing fine dining into customers’ home kitchens once again with the launch of their new Winter Dining HN @ Home takeout menu. Using the Harvey Nichols chefs’ easy to follow step-by-step instructions, customers are invited to cook a three-course dinner, with all the trimmings, from the comfort of their own home.

The three course menu for two begins with a starter of chicken and pistachio rillette served with last summer’s pickled girolles, honey mustard mayonnaise and red onion focaccia, followed by spiced pork belly served with leek and prune broth, turned new potatoes and a calvados cream sauce. To finish on a sweet note, millionaire tart is served with pecan and maple crème fraiche.

Diners can choose from a variety of pre-mixed cocktails, which are included in the price of the meal: HN Vesper Martini, HN Negroni, HN Old Fashioned or a HN Espresso Martini.

Customers can opt to select paired wines and additional drinks when placing their order. Harvey Nichols recommend pairing the HN Chardonnay for the starter, the HN Beaujolais Villages for the main, finally pairing the desert with a Graham’s 10 Year Old Tawny Port.

The menu has been adapted to cater for a single person dining alone, or alternatively, multiple packages can be purchased for couples dining together.

The Forth Floor Brasserie will also be marking Valentine’s Day this year with a special, one-off edition of their takeout menu. Couples wishing to mark the occasion can dine in style from the four course HN @ Home Valentine’s meal for two and feast on classic romantic dishes, from lobster to beef wellington. Customers can enjoy a decadent dessert of passionfruit cheesecake and chocolate strawberries, before rounding off the evening with a cheese course featuring a baked camembert served with red onion jam and crackers.

The original HN @ Home package (both the alcoholic and alcohol-free editions) remain available to purchase for one or two people.

DELIVERY OR COLLECTION

HN @ Home boxes are delivered each Friday and Saturday (£5 delivery fee applies).

Orders should be placed by 9am on Wednesday for delivery the same week.

The next delivery slots are available from Friday 22nd January.
