To succeed in this role, you will champion innovative solutions to support the expansion and efficient operation of our services. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial sustainability by leading sales plans, creating new revenue streams, and spearheading membership growth and retention. Your expertise will directly impact the health and wellbeing of communities across Edinburgh.

Within this role, you will develop and implement solutions to broaden our reach and introduce innovative membership products, services, and programmes. You will lead dynamic acquisition campaigns, using market insights to craft creative retention plans that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Your expertise in monitoring data, reviewing targets, and interpreting customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity will help shape effective sales approaches. Additionally, you’ll prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, oversee annual pricing reviews to ensure consistent growth, and mentor front-of-house teams, empowering them to deliver seamless and memorable customer experiences.
