Speaking about the two new team members, 20/20 Productions managing director Alastair Scott said: “Working closely with Scottish universities, we are lucky enough to welcome some fantastic individuals to the team every year as part of our internship programme.  Katie and Anastasia have already made their mark on the team.

“As 2018 is the Year of Young People in Scotland, it is a great opportunity for businesses to reflect on how they can help talented young people develop their skills for the future.  That’s exactly what we do at 20/20 Productions, and it is a fantastic experience for both interns and the business.”

Shadowing office manager Emma Nelson, Katie’s experience will focus on the business management aspect of 20/20 Productions while also assisting with implementation of GDPR.

Anastasia’s role in the busy team will involve assisting with design requirements across graphic design, film, event and motion graphics.

Commenting on her opportunity with the company, Anastasia said: “The experience 20/20 Productions will give me will be absolutely invaluable in terms of learning about the real life industry, as well as acquiring new skills as I continue to work on my course.”

Katie added: “Being in an environment where effective communication is vital will likely be very beneficial as I move into the business world. I will also have more hands-on experience working in an office and learning about the daily tasks required to keep a company running successfully.”
