Edinburgh College Board of Management seeks new member

Posted: 17th December 2020

The Edinburgh College Board of Management is currently seeking to fill a non-executive vacancy.

The Board is looking for an individual with a strong commitment to changing lives and an understanding of the value of education. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and influential Board following a period of considerable change and emerging opportunity for Edinburgh and its students. The College is particularly looking to attract candidates with experience of:

  • the region (or part of it) and its needs.

The College would particularly welcome applications from individuals with a professional accounting qualification and/or recent experience in Audit and Risk Committees, financial management, audit or risk management.

Applications are encouraged from groups currently under-represented on Scotland’s public bodies.

Full information, including application form and guidance can be found here.

Completed applications must be submitted via email directly to the Clerk to the Board (marcus.walker@edinburghcollege.ac.uk) by 9am on Monday 18 January 2021.
