Someone once said “Excellence is not a coincidence”, well neither is leadership, and furthering your skills does not happen without concentrated effort, focus and attention but most of all self awareness.

It takes self awareness to be able to understand your values and what you stand for, achieve your goals both personally and in business and it take self awareness to understand your intended impact on others.

The Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Mark Douglas and Kenny Wiggins are delighted to announce the launch of our most progressive, in depth and accessible business leadership course to date.

The “Inspiring Leadership Programme” commencing on June 29th 2016 incorporates not only the highest level training from actual practitioners of leadership but also uniquely provides access to our most high level networking events, guaranteed to help you build your network and profile as you elevate your career. Scott Black, Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce President said “The element that sets ILP apart from others is the broad range of companies available through the Chamber network, ensuring a diverse range of delegates on the course allowing for excellent peer to peer learning. The result is a personal and professional transformation that contributes to your company’s succession planning while strengthening its competitive position.”

A fundamental benefit of this 6 session course is that it allows you to step back from your day to day responsibilities and focus solely on your capacity to become a truly effective leader. Aimed at those looking to build confidence and overcome current leadership hurdles, develop a leadership approach that is based on values and behaviours, and ultimately empower your team.

Success is not driven from the top but by a great team. Learn once, lead everyday.

Places are limited to 10 delegates so do not hesitate to reserve you space. Please contact sian.downes@edinburghchamber.co.uk / 0131 221 2999 option 3 or visit www.edinburghchamber.co.uk/training

The cost of this course is £1250 +VAT and is open to members and non members.
