Expands the Firm’s Geographic Reach and Public Affairs Capabilities

27 July 2021 – Dentons Global Advisors, an elite multidisciplinary advisory firm, today announced the agreement to acquire Interel, an award-winning pan-European public affairs consultancy. The addition of Interel expands the firm’s footprint in Europe, further strengthens the firm’s public affairs capabilities alongside Dentons Global Advisors-Albright Stonebridge Group (Dentons Global Advisors ASG) and deepens the pool of expertise available to clients. Closing is expected to occur on 30 July 2021.

Interel, which will be known as Dentons Global Advisors Interel, has offices throughout Europe in Berlin, Brussels, London, Paris, a presence in New Delhi, and senior advisors throughout the world. The firm, named “Public Affairs Consultancy of the Year” by PRovoke Media at the 2021 EMEA SABRE Awards, advises some of the most prominent brands in the world as they navigate critical beyond-market forces, from legislation and regulation to activism and the media.

With the addition of Interel, Dentons Global Advisors now has more than 225 professionals across 10 offices in eight countries with further coverage through an extensive advisory network and Dentons’ presence in 205 locations in 81 countries around the world.
